Part artist, part strategist.
I'm Victoria — a creative director with a fine-art foundation and a marketer's brain. For 7+ years I've helped B2B and tech companies turn complex ideas into brands people remember and systems that make everyone's job easier. I studied art before I studied design, so I bring art concepts to commercial work.

Approach

Strategy Through Research
Great creative doesn't start with a blank canvas—it starts with deep understanding. I approach every project with rigorous research, immersing myself in the subject matter, competitive landscape, and audience psychology. This knowledge becomes the foundation of strategic design decisions that the average customer may not consciously notice, but will absolutely feel. When design is informed by genuine insight, it resonates at a deeper level—creating work that's not just visually compelling, but strategically sound.

Purpose-Driven Design
I hate wasteful design. Beautiful without purpose is just decoration — effective design is both functional and beautiful. Every color, type, and compositional choice has to earn its place by advancing the goal, using the quiet psychology of hierarchy, color, and type to engage and convert. I'm meticulous about the details because they're where 'pretty' becomes 'powerful.'

Infinite Conceptualization
My process runs on an unlimited approach to ideation — I turn one idea into ten, then find the one that's on-strategy and makes you feel something. Like the master template I built that let our team ship 500+ on-brand, animated display ads for a national campaign, on deadline. I've created brand systems that whole organizations adopt and workflows that make every stakeholder confident — in the work and the process.

What I Do
I lead end-to-end creative strategy and execution across multi-channel B2B campaigns, with deep expertise in brand positioning, innovative campaign development, and creative concepting for tech companies. Whether I'm developing data-driven CRM experiences, crafting integrated brand launches, or building modular creative systems that scale, I bring both strategic vision and hands-on creative leadership.

Why Creative Direction Matters in B2B
B2B marketing has evolved beyond product sheets and feature lists. Today's buyers expect the same sophisticated, engaging experiences they get in consumer brands. That's where strategic creative direction becomes essential—transforming complex technical narratives into stories that resonate emotionally while still delivering on business metrics. I thrive in this challenge. Taking products that change industries and crafting campaigns that change minds.

Curious & Adaptable
I stay endlessly curious — about culture, technology, human behavior, marketing, and business. The best creative leaders adapt as business evolves, so I keep learning how shifting tools, channels, and buyer behavior change the way brands connect with the people they're for.
Creative by craft, athlete by nature
Off the clock you'll find me on the pickleball court, at a local coffee shop, or on a walk with my Australian Shepherd and husband, in Georgia. I bring that same training, discipline, and drive to everything I do.

I co-wrote and fully illustrated a complete guide of drills for every level — and art-directed it end to end.
